在鋼鐵冶煉企(qi)業的(de)礦石、燒結原(yuan)料(liao)、煤炭燃料(liao)等物料(liao)的(de)輸送(song)系統中,粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)產生一(yi)直是長期令人困擾的(de)問題(ti),國(guo)家也為此出臺了(le)專(zhuan)門控制(zhi)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)法規條例。為解決粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)問題(ti),很多種(zhong)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)控制(zhi)方法和設備被投入使用,如:電除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)、濕電除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)、水(shui)霧除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)、噴淋除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)、布袋(dai)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)、負(fu)壓除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)等。
近年來(lai),因(yin)(yin)考慮到設備投(tou)(tou)入、使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)成(cheng)本(ben)以及出(chu)(chu)差方法(fa)對現場環(huan)境(jing)的影(ying)響,又出(chu)(chu)現了干霧抑塵(chen)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。機械(xie)設備類的除(chu)塵(chen),因(yin)(yin)設備投(tou)(tou)運費用(yong)(yong)(yong)大、能耗高、且占地面積大,無(wu)法(fa)在某些特殊空間使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong),而水(shui)(shui)霧/噴淋除(chu)塵(chen)又會(hui)因(yin)(yin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)量大造成(cheng)水(shui)(shui)資源浪費并(bing)導致(zhi)現場環(huan)境(jing)臟亂的原因(yin)(yin),所以干霧抑塵(chen)的優(you)點(dian)逐漸顯露,并(bing)在近幾(ji)年大量投(tou)(tou)入使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。
干霧抑塵,主要是通過特制的雙流體霧化噴嘴,將多個噴嘴集合(he)在一起使(shi)用,產生30μm以(yi)內的(de)(de)超細(xi)水霧(wu)顆粒(li),利用霧(wu)滴的(de)(de)擴散特性,使(shi)物料輸送中產生的(de)(de)細(xi)微粉(fen)塵(chen)與(yu)水霧(wu)顆粒(li)結合(he),使(shi)其受(shou)重(zhong)力下落(luo)以(yi)便收集,防止微細(xi)粉(fen)塵(chen)擴散至空氣中。
對于某些對干霧逸散距離有需求的場合,則需要多個噴嘴集(ji)成在(zai)一個或多個噴霧集(ji)管上,利用水霧結合(he)射程變遠的(de)特點,達到增加噴霧距離的(de)目的(de)。

In recent years, the application of dry fog dust suppression has emerged in consideration of equipment input, usage costs and the impact of travel methods on the site environment. Mechanical equipment type dust removal, because of the equipment operation costs, high energy consumption, and a large area, can not be used in some special space, and water fog / spray dust removal will be due to the large amount of water caused by the waste of water resources and lead to a dirty site environment, so the advantages of dry fog dust suppression gradually revealed, and in recent years a lot of use.
Dry fog dust suppression, mainly through a special air atomizing spray nozzle, a collection of multiple nozzles used together to produce ultra-fine water mist particles within 30μm, using the diffusion characteristics of the droplets, so that the fine dust generated in the material transport combined with the water mist particles, so that they fall by gravity in order to collect, to prevent the spread of fine dust into the air.
For certain applications where dry fog fugitive distances are required, multiple nozzles are integrated into one or more spray manifolds to take advantage of the combination of water mist with a longer range to achieve increased spray distances.
